you're braver than you think
hi! i'm eddie, one of two hosts for the cassette cafe system! i'm also an organizer and the archivist, hence introducing myself here. this site is built mostly by mike, m, and i at the moment, but i feel a few others might pop up eventually.
you're on the intro page! this site is very simple for now, just to show some ability to even do this, but there are a few cool things here! including our fanfic archive, which we're in the process of still building.
for a quick rundown: collectively, we go by tyr or the cassette cafe system! we use he/they, are 22, and are diagnosed with asd, adhd, ptsd, bpd, ocpd, and others, as well as in the process of getting diagnosed with did and npd. we are polyam, have a qpp, and identify as transmasc intersex queer.
note: we don't police fiction, or contents therein, so take caution ignoring our labeled content! we don't care much for discourse, either, mostly because we think arguing about morals in escapism or fantasy is beneath us during a media literacy crisis. this can bleed into other areas, like our stance on differing plurality experiences.
frequent fronters / those you'll see most: 
eddie / cassian: he/it, host no. 1 and aceflux achillean transmasc! i spend the most time fronting and we mask mostly as myself. i love writing fanfic myself and formed around 2020. main interests atm: stranger things, old web, psychology, and a dormant yet totally awakable special interest in the it (book/movies/miniseries) universe. introject of redacted.
mike / paladin: he/she/bite, host no. 2 and bigender aceflux demiqueer. one of our main protectors, she's the guy that handles tough emotional shit and doesn't mind fronting, though he wishes there were more breaks (sorry!). main interests: d&d, writing, etymology, and a lot of theory videos. an introject of mike wheeler (stranger things) that both identifies and doesn't with source.
m / sally: he/she/they, genderfluid queer, and a classified role. also an introject of mike, though au specific. she's pretty cool, loves hanging out and being on the internet. a bit snappy, sarcastic, and can seem conflated at times. main interests: old web graphics (not general old web), analog horror, makeup, and y2k in general, and their favorite music genre is bedroom pop.
buck / evan: he/they, co-host and caretaker, aceflux bi trans man. absolutely loves kids and cooking/baking and can never resist a fun fact. if he's around, it's a good bet there's a little not too far behind or one of our more sensitive alters (however much bee protests the label) an introject as well, evan buckley (911). main interests: scrapbooking, baking, random knowledge (likes tiktok for that reason), and stim gifs/stimboards.
music: he/him, queer trans man, co-host and redacted roles. made our vent blog and mods it, does voice training when he fronts becasue he thinks our voice is too high. a werewolf and one of the few non-human hybrids here. brutal rage replier and fight starter (a reason he can't front alone). main interests: traumacore, music, tumblr in general, and liminal spaces.
